Busy May

There is a slightly more optimistic mood about, local travel has been allowed, small groups can get together, outdoor activities are on and back at our members' houses lots of quilts are being made. The group has been keeping in touch via Skype and Zoom, the ordinary business of preparing for a new Exhibition has started and our next committee meeting will happen next week.

The possibility of having a retreat after all this year is enticing. We so enjoy the high altitude, fresh air and good food at Lake Crackenback Resort & Spa that it would be nice to go there again in a few months.

The new Exhibition date has been set for the 17th and 18th April 2021. Please put it in your diaries and come along to see what work we've produced. If you want to exhibit yourself, do join up and enjoy the exciting times ahead as we gear up.

Not too long now till we have the next AGM - end of July. All positions are declared vacant so think about putting your hand up for one of the positions.

Have you seen the new Stay At Home Block 5 revealed on Friday night? Click here to look at all the lovely blocks that have been made so far.

I hope you all have a lovely week and enjoy the last autumn days with leaves blowing everywhere in the wind.
