February Meeting Night

It was a busy meeting last Friday, with the demonstration of the ScanNCut by Chris from Canberra Sewing and lots of business was got through too. There was a progress report on the forthcoming Exhibition in addition to the more usual matters. The Show and Tell included some lovely quilts this month, as always. One sample is this Gift Quilt quilted by Kays Quilts. Kay has been very generous, quilting all of the gift quilts that our members send her, allowing Queanbeyan Quilters to perhaps brighten the day of someone who is having a hard time. Fortunately too there are other members happy to bind the quilts and sew labels on them before they are given away.
